The frushi roll was my favorite perfect balance of sweetness from the mango and crunch from the tempura shrimp. We also had a large sushi boat each piece was made with care from the chef. “ Wow, I love having this place in the neighborhood for sure. Saw a lot of locals there, which is always a good sign. I've never been here, but decided to stop by on my birthday with some friends and we sat on their patio because the weather was nice. It was the first day that they opened the patio, so felt very grateful that it just happened to be on my birthday. The Chef here goes by "The General" and General's food is on point. I can't wait to go back. We had a lot of goodies from all over the menu with the help of our server. We had a few starters like the Baby Octopus, Tuna Tataki & Fried Calamari, which was a nice combination of fresh, marinated and fried dishes. For dinner, we shared a few dishes like Soft Shell Crab Tempura, Fried Chicken Katsu with rice, Miso Soup, and two signature rolls - French Kiss & Nice Kick Rolls. We are already planning a trip back to visit The General and enjoy some more of his food :) Thanks for a great birthday meal :) ”
